This is a completely custom plan that includes a meal plan, workout/cardio routine, supplement guide, and official check ins every two weeks.


When you sign up for your plan, a questionnaire email is sent that gathers all your info and helps me design your custom plan that’s tailored just for you. 


There is no “one size fits all” plan and I take into account several factors to personalize your plan.


Throughout the 8 weeks, you have 24/7 email support and can ask any questions/concerns about your plan at any time. 


You will hold up a paper reading “DAY 1” and “WEEK 8” at the beginning and end of the plan.  I make any adjustments necessary to your plan when you check in.


My goal is to help you improve your health and body.  I provide the motivation and guidance and you just follow the plan.  Results are guaranteed if you follow the plan. 

You will have the option to renew once the initial 8 weeks are over.
